Not only was the flower arrangement beautiful, April's Flowers did everything possible to make sure the flowers arrived on a Saturday late afternoon when the parents returned home from the hospital with their newborn baby. The driver even went back twice to the house to ensure this rather than having the family wait till Monday. Thank you!!

I was satisfied with my service. The people in the store were nice and helpful. The website ordering was confusing. I was trying to order flowers for a funeral and was very confused by the form asking for recipients name recipients address recipients email that all made it seem like I was supposed to put the deceased’s info. it would be nice to have a specific ordering form for flowers for funerals to be able to list the funeral home the deceased person and put my contact separately. They were amazing. I didnt realize I couldn't send fresh flowers to a cancer unit. I ordered online and they called me immediately and gave me a solution of an adorable decorated christmas tree and saved the day and even saved me money. Super sweet and polite.
